Ads status is used to inform activity, pause or to inform if there is any problems in the exhibition. It is an individual status and may be found in different ways such as:
Below, we will explain a little of each and which information you must prioritize to understand their situation:
This status confirms that your ad is active and can be shown in our sponsored displays. This status is ideal and, when found, you should follow their metrics after some time.
It flags that your ad is in approval, in await of display synchronization in order to be shown in sponsored displays .
This status is temporary and, after synchronize that may take some minutes, it will be altered to “Running” or “Suspended”.
Indicates when an ad is paused manually by the user. This may happen in three different ways:
Paused - When a user pauses the ad individually, inside a ad group.
Paused by Ad group - When an ad group is paused by an user and all it’s ads are paused as well.
Paused by Campaign - When an user pauses a campaign, making all ad groups and ads inside it be paused as well.
If you desire you can enable your ads again. For that, you must select each level of campaigns (ad group and ad, for example) and follow your metric’s grow.
When you find this status it means that your ad is not being exhibited on our sponsored displays. This may happen for the following reasons:
- Low CPC
When an ad’s CPC is below the bid for the first page, it will not be shown. To solve it, increase their CPC value until you reach the minimum bid. With this adjustment, your ad will go back to be exhibited and you will be able to follow it’s results.
- Unavailable Balance
Your ad can not be exhibited without credits. For that reason, make a new investment and when they became available on your balance, your ads will return to “Running” status.
- Daily Budget Restriction
If your campaign reach their daily budget before the end of the day, the ads related to them will be removed from sponsored displays. If you don’t want this to happen, adjust this amount so it can permit their ongoing exhibition.
